1. Acceptance

By using any ProgSoft product or service — including progsoft.dev, Welcome to the Dark, or any associated application — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

ProgSoft provides software products including browser extensions and mobile applications. Some products are free. Optional financial contributions (tips) may be accepted via Stripe but confer no additional rights or entitlements.

3. Permitted use

You may use ProgSoft products for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not: reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute ProgSoft software without written permission; use our services to violate applicable law; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or service.

4. Intellectual property

All software, design, copy, and branding on progsoft.dev and associated products is the intellectual property of ProgSoft. The ProgSoft name, logo, and product names may not be used without written permission.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

ProgSoft products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Use is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProgSoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Romanian courts.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
