ProgSoft is an independent software developer based in Romania. We build apps, browser extensions, and websites. Contact: hello@progsoft.dev
Contact form submissions: when you use the contact form on progsoft.dev, we collect your name, email address, subject, and message. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is not shared with third parties.
Payment data: if you choose to send a tip via Stripe, payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, Inc. ProgSoft does not store your card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to that transaction.
Browser extension data: Welcome to the Dark stores all settings and rules locally in your browser using browser.storage.local. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to ProgSoft or any third party.
Cookies and analytics: this website uses only essential cookies required for basic functionality. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies without your explicit consent.
We process contact form data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry). Payment data is processed on the basis of contract performance. We do not process special category data.
Under GDPR and Romanian data protection law, you have the right to: access the data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to processing; data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@progsoft.dev. We will respond within 30 days.
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted. Payment records are retained as required by applicable financial regulations.
We use Stripe for payment processing. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third party.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
