Under GDPR and Romanian data protection law, you have the right to request deletion of any personal data ProgSoft holds about you.
Contact form submissions: name, email, subject, and message — retained for up to 12 months.
Payment records: processed and stored by Stripe. To delete payment data, contact Stripe directly via their privacy portal.
Extension data: Welcome to the Dark stores all data locally in your browser. ProgSoft has no access to it. To delete it, open the extension's Settings page and use the clear/reset option, or remove the extension from Safari.
Email hello@progsoft.dev with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your enquiry or account. We will confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Your contact form data will be permanently deleted from our records. We will send you a confirmation email once deletion is complete. Note that deletion of payment records held by Stripe must be requested directly from Stripe.
